Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (EMPORIA) Mobile App consists of an eLearning platform and Job portal. The eLearning platform is designed with ICT courses for persons with disabilities along with a dynamic exam system. The job portal is dedicatedly built to establish persons with disabilities so that these emerging groups of people become a part of the national development.<\/p>
